I endured the Duke writing program and then endured combat missions over North Vietnam and Laos and I will tell you that some lessons are more poignant than others. I ended up learning to write because I had to learn to write or fail in business. My university teachers didn't help and wouldn't have a clue how to communicate and survive in the real world.
