It's safer in Chapel Hill; however, the DPD is probably working overtime on their image.
Just steer clear of Trinity Park. Dicky Brodhead's loony friend, Mrs. Englehardt, is ever-vigilant in her smock and Birkenstocks.

A good question might also be: how will Judge Smith face courtroom challenges (and in-your-face lies) if he lets Mikey get away with it?
